Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events may not be eligible for returns. Please check the specific product details for return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account: Go to swimweartribe.com and log in to your account.
  2. Request a Return: Visit the Returns section of your account, select the items you’d like to return, and submit your return request.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your items back.

Returning Your Items

Once you’ve received your Return Authorization:

  • Pack the items securely: Make sure the items are securely packaged in their original packaging, and include the RA number with the return.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Address for Returns: Please use the return address provided in your RA instructions.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

Final Sale Items

Please note that some items, including those marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for details.
